Ground shipments are generally sent via UPS; express orders are generally sent via FedEx. Customer may specify shipment service (i.e. ground, 1-day, 2-day, 3-day), but DCS will select the carrier. A nominal handling fee will be applied to each order in addition to normal shipping fees charged. For all United States Postal Service shipments, the handling fee will be $3.00. This fee is applied on a per order (not per box) basis. Customer pays for all shipping and handling fees at the time of purchase. It is the responsibility of customer to notify DCS of any lost or damaged shipments. Customer will be responsible for processing the return and claim for any damaged item. Customers will also process all traces and claims on lost or stolen packages. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges for unaccepted or refused delivery of shipments. Daily cut off time for all shipments is 12:00 p.m., Mountain Standard Time. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Use the shipping table below to calculate shipping charges.
